The Silver Birch Centre is part of Carers Choices and provides specialist support to people living with dementia, both young and old.
Silver Birch Centres are activity focused day centres for people living with dementia. Activities include gentle exercises, games, arts and crafts, gardening and quizzes. Breakfast and a 2 course lunch included.
A free taster session is available and can be booked online.
